Delete your Yardscaper account

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Sign in at yardscaper.app/login (or open the Yardscaper app).
2. Go to Account.
3. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Or ask us to delete it

Email support@yardscaper.app from the address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We action these within 30 days and reply when it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Every yard photo you uploaded and every design generated for you
• Your design history, plant lists, and any shared client links (which stop working immediately)
• Remaining designs, including purchased packs — these are forfeited, not refunded

What happens to billing

Any active subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion, so you are not charged again. Payment records already created are retained by our payment processor (Stripe) for the period tax and accounting law requires — we cannot delete those.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing personal beyond the billing records above. Anonymous, aggregate counts (for example “designs generated this month”) contain no information that identifies you and are not removed. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
