Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email (for sign-in codes and account emails), optional business name and attribution answers, yard photos you upload, the designs we generate for you, and basic usage/billing records. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card number.

Photos & designs

Signed-in accounts: your before/after images are stored privately and are visible only to you (served via short-lived signed links) so your design history works across devices. The public homepage demo stores nothing — the image is generated and returned to your browser without being saved. Photos are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to generate your design.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't use your photos to train models, and we don't send marketing email beyond a short onboarding sequence you can opt out of (every email has an unsubscribe/reply path).

Retention & deletion

Designs and account data are kept while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Account → Delete account (in the app or on the web) — full instructions are at yardscaper.app/account/delete. Deleting removes your profile, uploaded photos, and designs, cancels any active subscription, and keeps only the billing records the law requires. You can also email support@yardscaper.app from your account address and we'll do it for you.

Services we rely on

Supabase (accounts, database, storage) · Google Gemini (image generation; Replicate may be used as a fallback generator) · Stripe (payments) · Vercel (hosting & privacy- friendly analytics) · Upstash (rate limiting) · Brevo (email delivery). Each receives only what it needs to do its job for Yardscaper.
